CanWrite! Conference Short Story Contest
CanWrite! 2013 Contest
Canadian Authors' CanWrite! short story contest is back — and so is your chance to win cash, attend a great conference and get published.
The top 10 stories will be published in an anthology to be launched at this year's CanWrite! Conference and retreat on June 13–16, 2013 in sunny Orillia, Ontario.
The top three winners will also receive $500, $200 & $100 plus a free conference registration with no cash value. (Winners must attend the conference to receive this free registration.)
Entry Details
- Deadline: April 1, 2013 (Canada Post postmark date).
- Entries: Original and unpublished, non-contracted works of fiction between 1,000 and 1,500 words.
- Entry Fee: $20 CAD for every story being submitted.

- Only recurring annual contests are listed.
- Please indicate the eligibility (i.e. who can enter). Unless you are specific I will assume anyone can enter (and so will others).
- Please retain the rules, entry requirements, etc. year around. Previous entry information still gives your visitors an idea when to expect the next year's contest.
